Luxury finishes, museum quality art and a flexible floor plan combine with a prime ocean view location to deliver the highest level of resort living for up to 8 guests. The spacious primary suite and two guest suites are located in the main home, while the ohana (guest house) is accessed through a private courtyard. A beautiful lava rock pool and spa overlook the estate gardens and 16th fairway of the Hualalai Course. Please note that due to extensive works of art throughout, this residence may not be appropriate for young children.

King bedded suite with vaulted ceiling, private lanai, flat panel television, walk in closet and expansive ensuite bath. The primary bath features walk in shower, outdoor shower and tiled floors.

GUEST SUITE 1
This guest suite has a single king bed, flat screen television, carpeting and ensuite bath. The three piece bath features walk in shower and garden shower.

GUEST SUITE 2
This guest suite can be configured as either an office or bedroom with two pull out twin beds. It also features a flat screen television, carpet and ensuite bath. The five piece bath features walk in shower, pedestal soaking tub and walk in shower.

OHANA (Guest House)
A separate ohana features a king bed, two pull out twin beds, kitchenette and ensuite bath and is accessed through a private courtyard. The three piece bath features walk in shower and garden shower.

ABOUT HUALALAI
Hualalai is a private oceanfront community spanning 865-acres located on the Kona-Kohala coast featuring state-of-the-art facilities, programming and amenities. In addition to private homes and villas, the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is also located on site. Onsite resort amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, the Hualalai Golf Hale; Hualalai Sports Club & Hualalai Spa; Alaka‘i Nalu Ocean Activities; Club Concierge; five resort pools; and four distinct dining outlets. Access to resort amenities is available to residential guests for an additional per person per day fee and subject to seasonal restrictions.
