Get away from it all right in the heart of Kona! Feel the ocean spray as you watch for turtles on the lanai, or gaze at the tropical paradise through your bedroom window. While only steps away from the active downtown, this top-floor unit is on the ocean side of a boutique complex, meaning no noise from the street or guests above. After a busy day at the beach and a night on the town, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet of your own space with only the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. This building is the closest ocean front building to downtown Kailua. This deluxe unit is located in the Hale Kona Kai. 'Hawaii, The Big Island Revealed' a prominent guidebook, rated the Hale Kona Kai a SOLID GOLD VALUE. This means that it is 'exceptionally well priced for what you get.' Our condo is very quiet since it is ocean facing and protected from the sounds of Ali'i Drive. You'll love the easy access to great bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Take a morning walk to grab a fresh coffee and a pastry at one of the cafe's in the Village. Wednesday through Sunday, meander through the Kona Village Farmer's Market with it's 40+ vendors of locally grown produce, handicrafts and specialty products like--you guessed it!- Kona coffee. Come dinner time, stroll over to one of the many popular dining spots, and later walk home from the bars.

Hale Kona Kai #410 has a California King in the bedroom and a brand new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is plenty of closet space and lots of drawers to store your clothing in the bedroom. The kitchen is updated and filled with all the utensils and cooking supplies you may need. There are flat screen TV's in the bedroom and living area. There is are small dining tables in the living area and on the lanai, plus two stools at the kitchen counter. We have provided beach towels, chairs and umbrella, a cooler, flippers, and a boogie board for your day at the beach; and plenty of pillows and blankets to keep you snug at night.
