Awesome location and view
Condo was well stocked with kitchen and beach needs. Layout was great for 2 couples. Location next to snorkelling beach was perfect. Lanai had comfortable furniture. Would definitely book this place again.

Kahalu'u Beach Villas
This was an wonderful condo and property with a lovely view of the beach, coastline and even Hulalalai volcano. The condo had everything we needed and we even used the beach and snorkel supplies. We also met some friendly fellow travelers who were staying in another unit. I would definitely rent this property again.

Kahaluu Penthouse
Our stay in the penthouse was amazing, great location to a lot of different sights and activities but still nice and quiet. Snorkeling in the bay across the street was fantastic and easy for the novice. So many fish and turtles! We would definitely stay there again. The only issue for our entire stay was the dishwasher was left with dishes that didn’t get washed properly in it and smelled a little. Easily correctable. Loved it and made a great home base for our vacation

Restful and Scenic
This unit is perfectly located on the top floor of condo complex across the street from one of the island’s best snorkeling bays. Area is generally quiet and close to shopping and dining services. We enjoyed our stay and hope to repeat again next year.

Great location! Close to places to eat and great beaches! The view was spectacular! There were some ants but nothing a few ant traps couldnt take care of. The James was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Provided alot of beach stuff! L We loved our stay!

Great family friendly condo. Easy check in process. Very clean property. The condo was well equiped with all neceasary items, and then some. It was perfectly located outside of the immediate downtown area, but close enough for a short drive to everything you could need.

Great Location
Great location a little removed from the main area. Nice little bay across the road for snorkelling. Beds are super comfy and the unit is really well appointed with everything you’d need to feel as if you’re at home. Hot water could be a little hotter and could do with some new snorkelling g gear.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay on the island with our teenagers. Some of the knives were not super clean, probably from previous guests. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic.

Great place & location
This place was a real treat: great view from the lanai to accompany meals; nice spacious accomodation. Little things like having boogie boards to use, the pool is actually really nice, with it's own view, and on top of all that, a fantastic location across the street from one of the best snorkeling and beginning surf spots on the island. It's away from the bustle of Kailua town, but only a 10-15 min drive there. There is a shopping center about 6 min drive that'll have whatever you need. Really enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again for sure.

Perfect location and setup
My family and I stayed at this AMAZING property for 8 nights in April for Spring Break. The property has a nice layout, lots of amenities (washer/dryer, beach chairs came in handy), quiet private pool, and is only a two minute walk to an excellent snorkeling beach. The property manager was proactive in his communication and made the stay seamless. Thank you so much! We’ll be back again in the future :-).

Wonderful—a great rental!
You can’t go wrong renting this unit. We’ve stayed in several vrbo’s on the islands and definitely recommend it. The lanai (and lovely view) was our favorite! We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the beach gear. It was nice to not have to rent boogie boards and an umbrella. The complex is small and quiet, with a great pool. Britt was helpful when we needed an extra fan. Overall, a wonderful vacation on the BI.

Absolutely Awesome
Our first time to Hawaii, and words cannot express how blessed we were to stay in this condo. We had 2 senior ladies. The elevator was a must have. But to get into the condo and see our first sunset on the balcony, we knew we did good in booking with James. We had everything we needed and much more. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay. We will definitely be booking again.

Excellent stay on Big Island
The location of the property right across the street from Kahaluu beach park made for easy beach access and a great sunrise/sunset view. Having two bedrooms at either end of the condo with the kitchen and living area in between made it ideal for working remotely while others slept. The wifi worked well. The kitchen was well outfitted so cooking was an easy option. The overall condition of the condo and furnishings was very good and comfortable for everyone. The owner was very responsive when I had some questions prior to our stay. We would readily return to this property and rent again next time we are on the Big Island.

Great Condo Absolutely as Advertised!
Wonderful, easy to find condo with all the amenities. Loved the pool and the fact that the condo was right across the street from Kahulu’u Beach Park. We were 3 adults and two children, so we needed to make use of the couch as a sleeping space, but all in all it was comfy for a short stay. If the stay had been longer, we would have needed a larger accommodation. Great, prompt communication with Brit and mangement before, during, and after the stay. I can see why this is a premiere property. Stay here!

A great condo base for the island
This is our second time staying in this condo complex, but first time in this unit. It was clean and had everything we needed. This is the best-stocked condo we've stayed in in Hawaii overall. It had beach chairs, sand toys, the kitchen had everything The furnishings could use an update as they are outdated. Walkable (across the street) to Kahalu'u for snorkeling and surfing, you do need to drive about 3 minutes away for dining and restaurants. Kona downtown is about 15 minutes to the north.

Fantastic location - lovely home
Beautiful home next to the best snorkeling on the island. We spent a week in this lovely place during our kids' spring break. We went to the pool once, but when you can swim with turtles in cove across the street, the pool was completely abandoned :). The house is also beautifully and wonderfully equipped with a bunch of kitchen appliances and beach supplies. Unlike some others, we did use the AC, but only turned it on for an hour or so during the hottest part of the day. In fact, there was only one issue with the place - it's on the 3rd floor. it was a bit difficult to haul large pieces of luggage and groceries up 3 flights of stairs, but that's the price for the beautiful sunset view over the ocean from the lanai.

Comfy condo
Great condo for a small family. Master bedroom and bath are comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked. Nice balcony with partial sunset view, best view is from the serene pool. 3rd floor condo with elevator. In 4 days we never saw a turtle at the beach. Beach is rocky and crowded and a challenge to access.Good thing we saw turtles on Maui:). Some beginner surfing and rental options walking distance. The condo location has some street noise and is not walking distance from coffee(a vacation routine of mine is a sunny am coffee walk). Short drive to Magic beach which is sandy and has a nice adjacent restaurant. My very tall son wasn’t comfortable couch sleeping, probably best for kids. Close to town and comfy condo. Manager was very responsive.

Well appointed condo
This condo was clean, very well stocked and in a good location. There’s a grocery store and pharmacy & restaurants less than a half mile away. Snorkeling across the street was great and a short trip to 2 step to snorkel and downtown Kona to shop. My only cons about this property would be the picture in the listing shows a building facing the pool and a slightly more ocean front experience that what it actually is. You can see the beach from the balcony and can watch sunsets from there. Also we had a Hawaiian centipede and some roach looking bug in the kitchen. This must be a known issue because we found a can of raid under the sink. Lastly, the washing machine has a big sign saying possible flooding and to be careful using it. I didn’t use it much because that was something I didn’t want to deal with on vacation. Overall we were mostly happy with our stay.

Great Location by Kahaluu Beach
The location, view, and comfort was excellent. We ate every meal on the patio with a view of ocean. We didn’t use the second bedroom, but considered it when the neighborhood rooster would crow early in the morning. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. The king size bed was comfortable and the bedroom was dark. We used the pool one night where we watched the sunset at the beach from within the pool. The beach supplies were a plus, as well as kitchen equipment. The negatives, the beach closed unexpectedly for rereefing the coral for 8 days so we actually had to snorkel elsewhere. We payed extra for the air conditioning, and it was worth it. The unit wasn’t as clean as I would like it, hair in bathroom and I was surprised by a cockroach 3 times in kitchen and shower. I suppose it could be because the doors to the unit don’t have a tight fit and the complex was to be sprayed the next week.
