This adorable apartment is your ticket to paradise and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Return home to unwind on the lanai with a full beachfront view after a long day of snorkeling, beach going, hiking, volcano exploring, or simply lounging in the sun. As the sun sets into the ocean, observe sea turtles swimming in the tide pools below or watch humpback whales and dolphins play in the water.

Kona Reef is a concrete building complex on the seashore with a heated pool, a BBQ area, and a spa. With its much coveted 24-hour security and free parking, it is in the perfect Kona location and is reasonably priced to meet your budget.

The Primary Bedroom features a Queen size bedroom with lovely linens, all provided to ensure your utmost comfort. The Living Room includes a Sofa-Bed to accommodate up to 4 guests.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the equipment and small appliances you could need for an enjoyable vacation. The Hawaiian apartment features air conditioning and a washer and dryer. Although there is an elevator on-site, there are a few steps that must be walked to get to the ground-floor condos.

This is a great location that is also next to Honl's Beach. I love how the unit is on the ground floor, making it very convenient to walk out the patio and onto the beach. Highly recommended property

Love this place!
A fantastic week at Kona Reef B7! This condo faces beautiful Honl’s Beach. The water is too rough and rocky for leisurely swimming but watching the locals boogie board and surf kept me entertained. Downtown is a short walk. The central location does come with some noise but the sound of the waves crashing is mostly what you hear. This condo is older but well maintained and the host is communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our little family!
Great little place! It’s right next to a fun beach, and tide pools where we saw lots of turtles! It’s also a 5 minute walk to town where there is lots of food and shopping. I was a little worried about the kids sleeping on the hide-a-bed, but it worked out great! Overall it was a perfect hub for all of our adventures around the island, and perfect for stay at home days with meals on the patio overlooking the sea!

Great place beauty of access to pool and beach . Reminder do not leave clothes over night on drying rack had two bathing suits and tshirt taken! Road is nice for walks and the trolley bus is close. Lots of restaurants and ABC stores. Farmers markets for all your souvenirs and fruit and veggies.

What a great location!
We have stayed on all of the islands including the Big Island in the resort area and this is the first time staying in Kona. We weren’t sure what to expect. What a fantastic location! Walking distance to town. Hon’l Beach was right outside of our lanai, one hop over the wall and we were at the beach. The complex pool, jacuzzi and amenities were perfect.

The rental is a bit older but had what we needed. The sofa bed was not too comfy but was fine for a week. Some of the doors and handles inside needed cleaning as there were dirty areas around and near the handles. Directions to locate the condo on property were a bit confusing. Driving directions were fine but trying tonfind building B needs more detail.

Loved our stay!
We stayed at here 5 nights and it was perfect. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a farmers market. The view and sunset every day is truly magical. The beach here isn’t great for swimming, but we played in the water and we’re even able to snorkel and use our body board (beware of rocks and waves though!) The condo looked like what the pictures show. My 10 year old had a blast, my 7 month old was comfy, and mom and dad were very happy here! Easy check in/check out, and parking. Would stay at B7 again!

Our only complaint really is the bathroom and more particularly the fan in the bathroom. Every time I went in there, my Apple Watch would notify me that it was a loud environment (that is an understatement). The bathroom needs a major facelift, at bare minimum the fan and shower doors need to be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the little gift bag and the fact that there were beach chairs in the unit.

The furnishings were in good shape. The complex is in the perfect location to walk downtown and all the food and shopping. Very nice oceanfront pool area always had plenty of chairs and a nice BBQ area. We liked going over for the nightly conch ceremony at sunset. The AC keeps the living area very comfortable, though people who sleep hot will want to note the bedroom does not have AC. Bed was very comfortable. All in all a great value for what we paid.

The building was easy to find and the communication we received prior, during and after our stay was received and appreciated.The property was clean and maintained, we would recommend this condo to others and or rent again. We felt these items could be updated and that would be the utensils and silverware, as well as more plastic drinkware. Again, this would not deter me from recommending this unit.One other item we would comment on is there are signs everywhere saying no smoking in or around the building, (which we support), but many times throughout the day people were smoking marijuana on the property grounds. I feel that if you disallow smoking that should include marijuana as well. The proximity of the property is stellar, so easy to walk downtown and to many food/drink establishments, as well as activities. We did 2 activities while there and that was the Parasailing and Submarine. Would recommend.

Convenient location
Property was clean and set up well for us. We used it as a staging center for our day adventures. It had towels and plenty of beach gear, and the patio was perfect for gazing at the ocean and reading. I appreciated having air conditioning to take the edge off the afternoon sun. The bathroom fan is pretty noisy but that’s a minor inconvenience.
