Luxurious Condo - Wonderful Ocean Views - in the Heart of Kailua-Kona

Relax and pamper yourself in this well-appointed condo with wonderful ocean views. This is NOT your average condo rental! It has gone through an extensive high-end renovation and interior decoration; New kitchen cabinets, bathroom, tile floors throughout, and much more.

We are close, but not too close to the many shops and ocean front restaurants on Alii Drive. (A very short walk without being right on Alii Drive). The farmer’s market is just around the corner where you can find fresh locally grown produce five days a week. Directly across the street from the market is a lovely ocean-front park.

A ½ mile walk to the sandy beach by the King Kamehameha’s Beach Hotel and Kailua Pier, the start of the Ironman Triathlon World Championship. By the pier you can rent stand-up paddle boards or take the 5 minute boat ride to the Atlantis Submarine tour.

Fully equipped with quality kitchen utensils and appliances, including a blender, rice cooker, toaster and even a waffle iron to satisfy the gourmet chef.

The granite top kitchen bar seats 4 people with beautiful teak bar stools.

The bathroom features a double sink vanity with granite top.

There is free, fast and secure WiFi internet and a work desk with an ocean view.

The flat-screen Smart TV in the Living area has cable with Showtime and on-demand programming. We have a selection of books and games, including guide and reference books for Hawaii's birds, fishes, trails, etc.

We have beach chairs, mats, umbrella, boogie board, coolers and so forth for you to use during your stay!

With the fresh Ocean breezes and new overhead fans, most guests will never choose to use the included Air Conditioning, but it's there if you need it.

We offer a discount off the base nightly rate for stays of 7 nights or more, and an additional discount for stays of 28 days. Plug in your dates to see immediate and accurate prices.

Great place to stay. Close to the main area in kona. Had everything we needed. The place was nice with a good view. Has a church right behind but you can see the ocean on both sides. The owner was really fast to respond when I couldn’t get the keypad to work (operator error). When we go back we will stay here again

Loved waking up to the palm tree balcony level view and the church and Sunday morning bells were beautiful. The condo was equipped with so much beach umbrellas to boogie boards to lots of kitchen stuff and great reference reading about the area. Convenient to everything.

Perfect stay
This condo is perfect for your stay in Kona. Spotlessly clean and there is every amenity you could wish for in the condo. Loved the lanai - sat out there to watch the sunrise and enjoy breakfast. The location is very central to the waterfront and shops, restaurants and tourist shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Forgot to mention - the king size bed is super comfortable - had the best sleeps ever!

Ideal location, lovely condo, super responsive hosts.
If you’re looking to be close to the action and have a lovey, walkable retreat after a day of exploring the town or an excursion, this is the place for you! Condo is nicely equipped and comfortable, set up nicely to catch the breeze (with a handy back up a/c to take the edge off when needed… which for this Albertan was a bit those first couple days!). Joshua and Cara were great hosts, and we won’t hesitate to book here on our next trip through the area. Thanks for a terrific 25th anniversary week!

Fantastic location for Kona
Could not have been happier with our stay at Kailua Village condo, great downtown location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Well stocked condo with everything you need, updated kitchen, and we enjoyed the lanai everyday. Dollar for dollar you cannot go wrong. Owner was very responsive to any need we had. This condo will be our first choice on the next trip to Kona.

Just perfect
We stayed at this wonderful place from November 28 to December 4th and we just loved it. Super clean, comfortable, had everything you needed available. Absolutely loved the location too, walking distance to so many great places!! Would definitely stay here again, would move in if I could. Haha. Loved listening to the birds in the morning while having a coffee on the lanai too. Best vacation ever!

Wonderful Property
This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to have the perfect stay. It is situated in the heart of Kona, easy to walk to the farmer's market , Alii Drive and wander the town. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the rest of the condo is beautifully upgraded. Free wifi was easy to login to and having AC was the perfect touch after some long hot days outside. I would definitely rent from Trent again, he was great!

Very lovely condo with lots of room for two of us. Easy walking access to Ali'i Drive and restaurants. Nice view of palm trees right behind the lanai with view of ocean. Quiet neighborhood with occasional traffic. Great provision of everything you might need. Thanks so much!! Would return.

The property owners , Joshua and Cara were such a pleasure to communicate with. Great people and Joshua's sense of humor was amazing. The condo is centrally located to Kona. The building was very well maintained Property manger, Rob was there with answers to any questions. The condo was well supplied with anything you might need. Even peroxide and rubbing alcohol. Fantastic location, reasonable price
I completely enjoyed my stay at this condo in Hawaii. I was visiting for a week for a wedding I was in. The location was walking distance to all important locations downtown in Kona. The condo itself had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. I love rental properties over hotels and resorts because it makes the stay so much more affordable and "homey," especially when staying with other parties. The owner was incredible helpful and amazingly quick to respond when answering questions and concerns. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Kona.
