The living room is equipped with a window AC. The airflow allowed through the sliding glass doors that open to the ocean and the windows throughout this condo comfortable, even in the summer. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need. Keep an eye on the kids at the pool while preparing something to eat in the kitchen. While this unit has a direct view of the pool, noise from the pool is mitigated by the sound of the surf coming through the sliding glass doors that open to the lanai. Kona Reef is a beautifully maintained complex that includes covered and uncovered parking, a pool, spa and BBQ area. There is an elevator in the complex, but if you park in the top parking lot, the elevator is not needed. There are 3 steps between the parking lot and condo entrance. Some stairs are required even if you park in the covered parking and use the elevator. A sandy beach borders the property on the south side. Unless you prefer to drive, you can leave your car parked and walk. You will find restaurants, shopping and local activities within three blocks of the complex. The main attraction is stunning blue water views and sunsets every night. The lanai is only 100 feet, at the most, from the water.
