We have been Konas #1 Rated Oceanfront 4 bedroom Pool home on VRBO six straight years. .
CLEANING FEE is 450.00 for 5 /6…. 465.00 for 7 ….475.00-8/9/10 ….Paid at entry
Damage deposit also do at time of checkin and IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST ON THE vrbo / expedia checkout.
Sleeps 11 and 50.00 per-person-per night for over 7 people. We have only had to keep two damage deposits in 12 years. This helps all guest in several ways as we have never had to cancel one booking... because of any Clowns..
We have no lock box and we welcome in all guest and hand you the keys .......
