Open, airy house in quiet neighbourhood. Convenient to tourist district via a few minutes in the car. (Could do it with a long walk I guess). House as described - clean and nice.

Lovely Stay!
Really lovely apartment, extremely well-stocked. Nice view out to the ocean. Would be great for families or two couples (although note that one queen bed and one king with en suite). Make sure you are ok with stairs. You might want a car, or plan to use uber (short, inexpensive drive). Evenings were cool and comfortable, but appreciated that had option for AC in the bedrooms. Owner is extremely responsive and very helpful!

Superb home base for our Big Island stay!
This home was exactly what our family needed for a home base during our stay. Clean, comfortable, great sunset views over dinner! The neighborhood was relatively quiet which was nice for kids bedtimes, yet not too far of a commute from various amenities and beaches that we visited. Fantastic communication from host. LOVED this house. Such a great location, and had everything you might need. Host was very easy to get a hold of and had several local tips for us to check out. The covered Lanai with the ocean view was the best for breakfast and dinner.

The house was very nice and clean with spacious living room and the dining area. The patios both front and back of the house added to the touch. The bathrooms were little small but was nice and clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this Kona Paradise.

Beautiful sunset view
This was a lovely home to stay in. We were only there for one night but the home had a beautiful view of the sunset and a large deck. It accommodated our family of five adults well. We would definitely stay again if we were on the island.
