Cotton Candy Sky Kona Pacific Condo

Enjoy ocean and garden views from this third floor, corner unit condo in Building C of Kona Pacific! Located in a prime location in the heart of Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii, this 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been completely remodeled. It also offers incredible features unlike many others in the complex. Enjoy an ocean view and cotton candy sunsets from the generous wrap-around lanai. Inside, take advantage of ocean breezes all day with windows on two sides and a window AC unit in the living room for extra comfort on hot days. Kona Pacific has a pool with a designated BBQ area to chef up an island inspired meal (only 1 bbq per unit at any time), beautiful landscaping, library room, one assigned parking space and elevator building access. The condo is furnished with a Cal King bed in main bedroom and a New portable Queen muphy bed thats available for extra guests situated in the living room.

PLEASE NOTE PARKING* Our parking space is a compact parking space located in the garage, Please do not rent a large, oversized car, SUV, etc). Home is furnished and decorated as pictured, some pillows, blanket throws and flowers added for photos.

**Other things to note:
All of our vacation rentals include a basic start-up supply of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Here you ll find the ongoing battle between green forests, black lava fields, the ocean, the rain and sunny days almost incomprehensible; the diversity is simply stunning. With that being said from time to time insects can be present outdoors and sometimes make there way indoors due to our tropical climate here in Hawaii. We share this Information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assure you that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule do the maximum recommended pest control treatment to not harm people in the house/Condo; which is once a month), it is one of the few cons of the tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests to make sure to provide the standard maintenance for comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.

Perfect Hawai’i Stay
We loved our stay at the condo! It is exactly as described. The condo was stocked with all the beach essentials (towels, chairs, coolers, etc). It’s also a short walk to some great waterfront restaurants!

It was one of my favorite places to stay in. It was in a prime location that gave you walking access to Ali’i Dr which has plenty of food and shops to explore. Grocery stores were within a 10 minute drive and the parking spot is soooioooo conveniently located by the elevator (bonus: the unit is basically right by the elevator as well). I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in for my first visit to Hawai’i! Highly recommend this place and I’d love to stay here again on my next visit!

Great space, great location
This rental is by far one of our favorites. There's plenty of room for two adults. It's in a quiet area, but close to walking around the main Kailua Kona area. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Very quiet, extra clean unit, super comfy bed, overall feeling of luxury and attention to details. Would stay here again and definitely recommend it. Near shops and restaurants, private parking space in a garage, view of the ocean, simply ticking all the boxes!

Fabulous condo!
This was an amazing condo! The property management was quick to respond to any question. Very clean, modern and updated. It had all the amenities you could want! Beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, washer/dryer in the unit, fully stocked kitchen including spices! Very comfortable king sized bed. Wonderful garden setting with an ocean view! Beautiful pool! The complex was quiet and relaxing! We had a fantastic time!

Enjoyable vacation
We had a problem with a TV and Host solved the problem the next day. We were not too happy either wooden benches at the counter because your knees wouldn’t fit under the counter so you had sit sideways. There was not a sharp knife to cut Pineapple. Over all very convenient location and just as advertised.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our two young boys slept in the Murphy bed while we enjoyed the massive king size bed. We loved breakfast from the lanai. There was so much space for our luggage, we never felt cramped. The condo is right off the main strip in Kona and within walking distance to tons of restaurants. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Kona.

Ideal Kailua-Kona Location
This condo is located just past the Kailua Kona business district—perfect for walking to restaurants without being in the thick of it. It was clean and well organized. Basic kitchen & pantry items, beach equipment, and excellent air conditioning/fans made it very livable for our 1.5 week stay. Loved the lanai in the morning & evenings. Location is great if you rent a car for day trips to other island destinations.

Better Than Expected
This condo was probably the best stay I have arranged with VRBO. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The lanai was spectacular with a modest ocean view. The condo had everything one could imagine needing and then some. If I do have a complaint and it is a minor quibble, it’s that I could communicate with the person in this arrangement could be contacted only through email. I would like a more personal touch. But what a wonderful VRBO stay!
