Wonderful condo located in an ocean-front property just minutes from downtown Kona. The condo features tile floors, fully remodeled kitchen, a brand new split-system AC, recently remodeled full bathroom with step-in shower, recently replaced queen Murphy fold-up bed, plenty of seating in the living area and bar, flat screen TV with Free Wi-Fi, and a gorgeous newly landscaped lanai with sitting and dining area and working fountain. This complex boasts an ocean-front pool with a cabana that has seating, two public bathrooms, and a lava rock grill. Perfect to hang out, watch gorgeous sunsets, and have a great meal. There is also free assigned parking for each unit (very close) and laundry facilities are just a moment's walk from this unit.

A Comfy Place in Paradise
This was our second trip to this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is super comfortable and quiet. We love the layout and the furniture and bed are quite nice. Our host, Myrna, is always available and it is easy to see why she is a Premier Host. She is so helpful. We are looking forward to out next stay.

A lovely condo just like the pictures. Myrna is wonderful to deal with. Everything we needed was here and very clean! The pool area is very nice...a salt water pool.Very close to town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and perfect location. Having a full kitchen was wonderful. 1 mile from all the bars and restaurants for a short walk or bike ride. Bike rental right outside the condo entrance. Walmart, costco, and target were also a short drive away. AMAZING VALUE.

Property just as described! Love the location with an included parking stall. The space has everything you need for your stay and cozy lanai with friendly geckos to keep you company. Myrna is incredibly responsive to any questions and check in was a breeze. Walking distance to the heart of Kona. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Condo and Host
Sweet Studio Condo on the water in Kona. The Lanai was very private, and lush. Everything you could want for water toys/supplies was there for my use. Myrna graciously allowed me to stay for late checkout for a late flight. The location was perfect. Highly recommend Green Flash Coffee/smoothie Place right next door! I was there for a wedding, but when I was alone, I had a great time too.....I could walk to Beach, Market, Coffee House...and the pool has a great water view. I highly recommend Kona Shores, and Sweet Myrna!

We weren't able to stay at the condo but at not fault of the owner.
The trip had to be called off and the owner was fantastic. When we go to Kona again will be looking at staying at her beautiful condo
