This awesome studio has beautiful ocean views and air conditioner, it's a gem right in the middle of Kona. It is walking distance to all of the local restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, churches and farmers market. Also, just a short walk to the beach. This upper floor studio has a queen size Murphy bed with memory foam mattress and pull out sofa bed. The Kitchenette has a full size refrigerator & sink, an induction cook top, full size microwave. The bathroom has a full size walking shower.

This studio is not suitable for children since it is located on the 3rd floor.

This studio is not suitable for pets due to being on the third floor.

Perfect Kona Getaway: Beautiful Condo & Amazing Host!
I had an incredible stay at this Kona VRBO condo! The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, local shops, and great dining. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the host—they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and even gave some great local recommendations. Their hospitality really made the trip extra special. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Wonderful...a dream
We had a wonderful stay. It felt like a dream, communication was amazing. The building as she stated was older but in the most perfect Kona location. We could walk to most things and having a guranteed parking spot was THE best. The room was lovely, ac worked great, bed comfy and the kitchen just what we needed. Clean and cane with great tips. A million percent recommend for Kona visitors. Also there was a pool and jacuzzi!

Outstanding location, efficient use of space
What a fantastic location - and the unit was just perfect. Rosalba was an amazing host - she communicated really well and worked with us to make our experience as smooth as possible. Did I mention the location? I couldn't think of a more centralized and quiet place to be, particularly for the ironman where it was a 5 minute walk down to the pier. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
