Close to Kailua-Kona pier
Love this property and location. It is centrally located to downtown Kailua-Kona. Walking distance to swim at the pier and shop downtown. Daily runs on Alii drive. Beautiful landscape on the property and around the pool. Quiet and safe. The only wish I had was that the bedroom had air conditioning. The living room had it. Which was helpful. Grocery store is walking distance. Great TV. We would stay here again.

I usually don’t do negatives but I wish now someone would have been honest about this place. There are mice and cockroaches in abundance, every cupboard and drawer had mouse catchers. The unit supplies bug repellent! The unit was tidy but deep down dirty. The a/c unit was not working so we opened it up and the filter was caked solid. It had to be soaked.the lights were full of dead bugs. Kitchen cabinets were icky to touch. I washed one door down then decided I was on vacation and not wanting to clean my rental condo. Bathroom drawers are broken. The pool was warm but lots of flies so we didn’t stay long.

Clean, functional and location were great.
Entry to the unit was simple and straightforward. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioner with the ceiling fans kept the entire condo cool for sleeping despite the warm weather while we were in Kona. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and organized upon our arrival. The in unit washer and dryer were very convenient. The location was incredible. We walked to shopping and restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay at this Condo
My husband and I came to Kona after him being sent to work for a week in the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. (We live in the Seattle area). This condo was a perfect place for us to wind down and experience the slower pace of the Big Island. We enjoyed the screen-in patio for our morning coffee, looking out onto the beautifully maintained courtyard through the lovely big plant that you can see in the photo which gave us extra privacy. The condo has a full kitchen and special touches like beach towels and gear to use and a large washer and dryer. Oh and a hair dryer which was important to me since I was swimming every evening in the condo’s great pool. Downtown Kona is just a few minutes walk away. I highly recommend this unit. There are a few stair steps so keep that in mind if you have some mobility impairment. It was no problem for me and I am retirement age.
