Good walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bookstore, Foodland, Longs, and the Kona pier! Can be a little stuffy, but the AC takes care of that.

This is a very nicely remodeled unit. Itā€™s better than the pictures as the pool area has new loungers and bbqs and the unit is more spacious than the pictures look. Beach chairs, cooler, towels, umbrellas provided. Assigned parking was a plus. Try to check in during daylight as the propertyā€™s pathway and outdoor lighting is very dim so it was difficult for us to initially find the right building and unit when we arrived our first night. Would stay here again. Only thing I wished was that the shower had better pressure. Thanks for sharing your unit Helen!

Cute cozy condo near Kona
Cute one bedroom condo within walking of Kona. Nice upgraded bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable. Had access to the property pool and hot tub which was a nice bonus.

Comfortable, convenient, clean and so much more! We liked that Safeway was close by as one of the reasons we book a place like this is to cook for ourselves. This place had all the necessities to do that; the kitchen was well appointed. The place was nicely decorated, tidy and bright. The location was ideal for all our day trips around the island. We also loved that we we could walk to the little shops in the evenings or take a quick drive to watch the sunset.

Great place to stay if youā€™re looking to be within walking distance to downtown Kona and many events. Easy check-in and host was prompt and extremely responsive, often answering within a couple minutes. Totally hassle free stay.

Overall, it was a good property to stay at. I did expect there to be coffee provided for guests and the pantry could have been better stocked with a few basic items, however the place was clean, quite, and easily accessible. An experience that I learned is to ask the host before booking what items come provided with the property.
