This three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa offers stunning views of the Pacific, Maui, the Kohala Coast, and Mount Hualalai (one of the five volcanoes that form the Big Island of Hawaii). The sleek, contemporary design and décor create a tranquil ambiance. Pocket sliding glass doors from the living and dining area open to a generous covered lanai featuring a built-in BBQ and wet bar. A regal single flight staircase greets you at the entrance to this serene retreat, inviting you to step in, relax, and give way to the beauty and peace within.

Featuring over 2500 sq feet of interior space and nearly 1000 sq feet of lanai space, this stunning vacation home provides spacious areas for all guests. The upper level has vaulted ceilings, an ocean-facing lanai, and a built-in BBQ area on the lanai. The lower level features wood flooring, a wet bar, and a wrap-around lanai, blending indoor and outdoor living. The primary bedroom has dual sinks, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a private outdoor shower. The villa's private yard, lush landscaping, and detached garage provide both seclusion and convenience, making it the perfect spot for your island adventure.

The great room has a large sectional sofa and a TV. Sliding pocket doors create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, with stunning ocean and golf course views. The dining area seats eight, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as dual ovens, a microwave, a Bosch dishwasher, an ice maker, and a kitchen island with a sink. A separate lanai has a table and chairs, a wet bar with a built-in refrigerator and sink, and a gas BBQ for outdoor dining.

The media room on the lower level has a comfortable sectional sofa and a TV. Sliding glass doors open to the spacious lanai and grassy area, offering beautiful golf course views and lounge seating.

The primary suite on the lower level offers golf course views, a king bed, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, dual vanities, and an outdoor shower garden. The junior primary suite on the upper level has a king bed, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private lanai with seating. The garden suite on the upper level features a king bed or two twins and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Luxurious linens, towels, and spa robes are provided, along with initial bath products and a personal safe for valuables.

Other features include two 4-person golf carts, WIFI throughout the villa, a wireless printer, zoned air conditioning and ceiling fans, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Additional amenities such as a Pack'n Play, highchair, diaper genie, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels are also provided.

Located on Ahinahina Place, the villa is a 5-minute golf cart ride from the Four Seasons Hualalai resort amenities. Guests can enjoy views overlooking the 4th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and Hawaiian sunsets. Mid-stay housekeeping, grocery delivery, and other services are available for added convenience.

Paradise awaits! Residential rental guests have the opportunity to enjoy world class hotel services and amenities at Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai. Payment of daily resort fees, not included in the rental rate, is required to gain access to these amenities, but is not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental. Payment of resort fees is made directly to the resort, which is a separate entity from Elite Pacific Vacations powered by Gather. Hotel services and amenities include:

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Complimentary (ages 0-4), Children: $37-115 (ages 5-13), Adults: $75-$230 (Ages 14+). Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt in for resort access during their visit. The entire household (not to exceed maximum occupancy) is required to opt in for a minimum of 2 consecutive days with no breaks in between, the party must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. During the Peak (1/6/25-1/18/25, 3/8/25-3/22/25, 6/13/25-8/31/25) and Peak of Peak season (2/14/25-2/22/25, 3/23/25-4/24/25, 11/21/25-11/29/25) rental guests will be eligible to submit their amenity access requests with Club Concierge 30 days prior to the start of their resort access date. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort.
