This condo is in a wonderful location and has a great view directly across the street from Magic Sands beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully air conditioned condo has an ocean view, and is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay when in Kona. The oversized lanai offers a view of the ocean, and the pool, and is a fantastic way to start the day while enjoying a cup of Kona Coffee.

After flying thousands of miles to get to paradise, you deserve accommodations that allow you to enjoy yourself. We make sure that happens. A clean, comfortable, air conditioned condo in an ideal location will give you that "right at home" feeling and serve as your base while you enjoy all the attractions on the big island of Hawaii. Kahaluu beach (snorkel beach) one of the top two snorkeling sites on the big island is less than a mile away. Directly across the street is "Magic Sands" beach, also known as White Sands Beach. About 100 yards to the north is Pahoehoe Beach with picnic tables, BBQ's and benches. About 100 yards south is La'Aloa beach. The Kona Trolley stops across the street at Magic Sands if traveling south, and about 50 ft north of the condo complex if traveling north. The trolley is a nice way to get to town or Keahou shopping center if you choose not to drive.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, with private walk in master bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be combined for a king bed if desired. The second bath has a tub/shower combination. The unit has a washer and dryer inside the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all the small appliances you could need. Most appliances are less than a year old. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably. The living room is spacious, and nicely furnished.

We supply beach chairs, cooler, plastic ware for pool or picnic use, beach towels, beach umbrella, and more. Free WiFi is included and phone with free calling throughout the islands, the US mainland, and Canada. Free, assigned covered parking.

Great family get away
This was our third time at White Sands Village and we so enjoy the location, the outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub and BBQ's) as well as the beautiful lawn. The easy access to the beach and the stunning views from our Lanai make this a great get away for our family. This condo was comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen and was big enough for our needs.

Perfect location for our various activities, plus just across the beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets every evening. Property well maintained; loved the pool area. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen, lots of beach accessories including beach chairs, coolers, snorkel equipment. Would definitely stay here again!

Had everything you would maybe need to buy foe your stay. Owner has thought of everything. Comfoetable beds. Excellent layout of condo. Balcony is spacious. Pool and hot tub at complex is great place to spend an afternoon. Directly across street from Magic Sands beach and short drive to downtown. Would stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in great location
We loved staying here. Really great location away from the busyness of Kona, and steps away from a lovely beach park. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and we found the apartment to be very well equipped with everything we could need. Check in was easy and we would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful place to stay! So clean and fully stocked. Has all the things you need for the beach. The condo is wonderful as are the grounds of the complex. Nice pool and spa, BBQ area, and pool table, etc. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property itself was fine. A little older but clean, nice pool area and nice lanai to sit and listen to the ocean. The Magic Sands beach is nothing special, overcrowded, rocky, lots of homeless around the area, and an evening hangout for the local teen crowd. Never felt unsafe in the area but it’s not exactly the best part of the big island.

Amazing condo!
We had a wonderful stay!!! The condo was clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely plan on staying here again. Next time I hope that Magic Sands Beach Has sand but that has little to do with the condo. Luckily the pool was a life saver with our younger kids!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was very convenient and just across the street from the Magic Sands Beach. The condo was clean and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well appointed and had all the essentials for meal prep. We used the pool and grill area and both were clean and well maintained.

Luxurious Base for Beaches from Capt Cook to South Kohala Coast
We enjoyed a few days here before moving on to Hilo. Comfortable lounging space, kitchen, and pool access for evenings in after snorkeling trips from Two Step (~40 minutes south) up to Beach 49 (~ 50 minutes north). Available gear includes snorkeling masks/fins (we brought our own) and some boogie boards. Teen enjoyed latter for a first attempt to body surf at beach across road. Thank you.

Probably the best VRBO I have ever stayed in
The title pretty much sums it up. This is such a a great location right across the street from Magic Sands Beach which is beautiful. I have never seen a rental that was as well stocked as this place. Just about everything I needed was here. I did not need to pack half of what we packed because it was all here. If we are blessed with the opportunity to return to the island I would totally stay in this same place. I will recommend this place to any friends or family that will be traveling to the island.

We loved our stay at White Sands Village. Great extras for guests from condiments and snacks to laundry detergent. All types of sand and beach gear to use across the street at Magic Sands Beach. Comfortable beds, it was perfect for our stay with our two teenagers. We would definitely stay again!

This property is well equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Condo was very clean and accommodating. Outside premises well maintained. Small beach, Magic Sands, directly across the street. Great restaurant also across the street - Magic Sands Grill. Amazing food and great service. Beautiful sunset views!
