Comprised of one separate structure - newly built in 2018. Featuring French white oak flooring and contemporary design features with an island vibe, this cottage exudes elegance and style. Central AC and one split AC unit ensure comfort throughout the year. At the entrance to the property is the newly built spacious cottage, complete with a private lanai and outdoor shower.
