We have an amazing location under a 1 minute walk to Kailua Beach Park! Our villa is tucked away on a private beach lane, offering a beautiful shared pool, hot tub, and lush Hawaiian gardens. Inside, you'll find air conditioning in every room and free WiFi. For your convenience, we provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll also have shared access to a washer/dryer with laundry supplies, a gas BBQ, bikes, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, mats, and towels for outdoor fun.

The highlight of our villa is its unbeatable location just a short 1-2 minute walk down a private beach lane to Kailua Beach Park, recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The calm waters, thanks to the coral reef just half a mile offshore, make it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking.

Great location with lush landscaping and cool dolphin turtle tree sculpture. Bohemian arty vibe. Quirky entry to unit through neighbor unit’s lanai but they were friendly. Parking is very tight so recommend small car wash only.

Our hosts were helpful, and very nice. The beautiful beach is right across the street from the home with a personal pool in the courtyard. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

Steps to the beach.
Stayed in the sunshine suite. Just big enough for two people but worth it for the location. Toes in the water in 5 minutes. Kailua town is fun too.

Amazing location!!
We had a great time staying at this property! We enjoyed the hot tub every night, and the very short walk to the beach. Also, some of the best coffee in town is in walking distance as well at the market. Also, they were very nice for a quick bite as well. We loved every second of staying here, I would come again!!

Accommodations were cute and comfortable. The location was SPECTACULAR (1 min walk across the street to the beach). Beautiful sunrise and beach. The street sign locating the property was difficult to see in the evening, I would recommend adding another with an arrow. I think the neighbors up front may appreciate as well.

I stayed for 5 nights while visiting my son. About 25 mins from Honolulu. Older, but clean studio with everything I needed. Frig, microwave and coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Quiet and so close to the beach.

Place was as described. Stayed at one of the larger vacation rentals about 10 years ago... it was nice to be ab;e to stay in Kailua again and close to the beach as you can get.
