We are delighted to share that we have been named the winner of the 2021 Best of Kailua Awards in the category of Vacation Rentals.

We have an amazing location under a 1 minute walk to Kailua Beach Park! Our villa is tucked away on a private beach lane, offering a beautiful shared pool, hot tub, and lush Hawaiian gardens. Inside, you'll find air conditioning in every room and free WiFi. For your convenience, we provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll also have shared access to a washer/dryer with laundry supplies, a gas BBQ, bikes, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, mats, and towels for outdoor fun. Please note, one of the two bathrooms exclusive to this unit is located downstairs next to the pool, for your private use.

The highlight of our villa is its unbeatable location just a short 1-2 minute walk down a private beach lane to Kailua Beach Park, recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The calm waters, thanks to the coral reef just half a mile offshore, make it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking.

Family vacation
Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. Location is great, pool and hot tub were very nice, and the beds are very comfortable. Nice kitchen as well. And the property owners were very nice and responsive.

Short stay in Kailua and GREAT location by the beach! Unit was set up well with amenities and peaceful & quiet. Enjoyed the sitting area on the porch with the pool, hot tub and lush flora. Recommend and would return!

We stayed here with my three young children. The place is wonderful. It's clean and comfortable and the pool/courtyard area is such a treat. The location is amazing, especially going to the beach with little kids couldn't be easier. They have beach gear you can use. The owners are lovely and live in the front house if you need anything. We would love to come back.

We enjoyed our time. The proximity to Kailau and Laniki beach was fantastic. Loved the pillbox hike and multiple sunrises. Some of the shared spaces wasn’t totally clear to me but everyone was friendly and respectful.

Perfect stay in paradise
Me and my family loved our stay here. Can’t beat the location, the pool is beautiful, the premises are clean and there’s everything you need to feel like it’s home away from home. The property owners are very nice and have a true aloha spirit. Will definitely be back in future years.

Perfect location, comfy space!
This was our second stay at this wonderful property and we will be returning again. Kailua Beach is my happy place and I feel like a kama'aina staying in this comfortable spot. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable and the hosts were welcoming and gracious and available for any questions. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests. Can't wait to come back! This is a great spot - Suzy was great to communicate with and took care of us! It's nice to have a pool in a secluded backyard. Clean, well cared for - highly recommend this place for an "in the neighborhood" quiet stay!

We loved our stay in Kailua. We came to visit friends who live down the street but I'd recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Hawaii. Kailua Beach is across the street and is so beautiful, and Lanikai is a short 10 min walk and even more beautiful. The pool at the apartment was a nice break for my kids to get out of the sun, and the place was easy and comfortable for our week in Hawaii. We are already planning our next trip!

Simply outstanding location!
We had a great time and would love to visit and stay here again! The location was perfect, across from Kailua Beach. The property had everything the four of us needed including a kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, ceiling fans and a pool! Zak was friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Great Little Ohana in Kailua
Located across the street from Kailua Beach and an easy walk to Lanikai Beach, Kalapawai Market and Island Snow for shave ice. Fabulous location for exploring the Windward side of Oahu. It was truly the experience of being a local.

Amazing beach stay!
This place was an amazing place to stay just across the street from the beach! The owners live next door and gave us some great advice on different local spots and places to eat. Would definitely rent this place again! Not a criticism, but rather a PSA for future guests: the parking is very limited and tight so keep that in mind when renting a larger vehicle. I would say this has been the best VRBO we've been in!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very comfortable. While small, there was room for our family to enjoy being together. Parking is somewhat restricted, so most of the time we had to park across the street at Kailua Beach Park. When it rained heavily, we had to wade through the driveway to reach our car. That was the only downside to what was otherwise a most enjoyable experience.

Amazing family stay in Kailua
We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect. The beach across the street was gorgeous and the pool at the property was such a pleasure. Steve was a wonderful host and gave us a ton of suggestions for day trips, hikes and places to eat. We had everything we needed and had an amazing time. We will definitely be back!

Having a private pool and hot tub. Even though the hit tub is small it met our needs. Nice to walk back from beach and enjoy at night. Owners gave lots of information on what to do around area.

Lovely Kailua
Wonderful, considerate hosts! Very helpful with local suggestions! Our only issue was with the parking, as it is very, very tight on-site but it was easy enough to park across the street. Will come back again for sure!
