Enjoy your holiday at our peaceful, cosy, modern home over looking a reserve with mountain views. This hill property has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms along with 1 double & 1 single garage with internal access. This property is only 1 km from the center of town, Whale Watch & Dolphin Encounter. Linen is included however please note Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to clean the house and do the dishes before you leave and take all rubbish with you.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! Clear instructions from host, and the house exactly as we hoped- comfortable, warm and lovely views. Particularly good beds and nice linen! One of our party had a broken leg so the two bathrooms and access in/around the property was perfect was us. Would love to stay here again.

This home was great for our group. Short walk to shops and restaurants, awesome views of South Bay and snow clad Kaikoura Range. Was warm inside while there was a cracker frost outside. Definitely would stay again.

Worked well for our extended family stay, with plenty of space for four adults and two kids. House was modern clean and tidy. suggest maybe getting a gardener in for an hour week which would lift the presentation to 5 stars........particularly the street prospective. Overall, very enjoyable stay

A lovely warm home with plenty of space
We enjoyed our stay, finding the surprise veges in the wild garden was fun and the kids loved it! The bunk beds had become quite loose so my husband tightened the bolts up again, no worries. Loads of space, even room for the boat. House is warm even in the middle of winter, the beds are very comfy! Would definitely stay again :) thank you 😊
