Koa means Happy, so step inside and be amazed by this beautifully refurbished home, with its amazing dcor, its light and airy open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge. A happy home away from home. Koa offers good-sized bedrooms - 1x king and 1x queen and one bedroom with a king single bunk bed and king single bed. It also has plenty of room outside for kids to explore and a front deck for the adults to relax on. The bathroom and laundry need to be refurbished and will be once permissions are granted.

A lovely sunny spot to rest
We very much appreciated the open plan kitchen / living area and the vast amount of natural light. The fresh coat of paint in most of the house, the new kitchen and elegant styling help disguise the true condition of the property. Overall it was very clean (although the couches need professional help) and well appointed with everything you need in a home away from home. We would certainly choose to stay here again.
