"You cannot ask better view and better price in Toyako area. Quiet, cozy, lake Toya and Mt. Yotei view from your room. Room is big, like a suite. Well maintained facilities, generous amenities. No problem to communicate in English, If you have a car, this is the best choice. Last fall, I stayed here and when I planned to come this area again I didn’t even check other hotel. "Very clean, good value for money, excellent service, great area near the bus stop and a couple of restaurants and a bakery. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the couch and beds were quite uncomfortable. Although hard beds are common in Japan, we all found these ones to be very hard, the couch was also uncomfortable which was a shame after a day of skiing all you want is to be comfortable. We would stay here again though, but next time we’d bring some air beds to put on top of the mattresses."

"Pros: The chalet and surrounding area were better than advertised. Right next to the ski lift and quite comfortable. Cons: Customer service was overwhelmed and made mistakes. Most frustrating was arriving at midnight to find ourselves unable to get into our room even after confirming twice the entry instructions the day prior. After 24 hours of travel, having to wait outside on a cold night until someone let us in was not fun. "

"Nice three-bedroom apartment with an amazing view of Mt. Yotei (looks like Mt. Fuji). We came to ski and the property was tucked back on a side street about 1/2 mile from the resort. The staff provides a free private van shuttle during the day to and from the resort or to and from any local shops or restaurants, with a little notice. Even without notice, they try to accommodate you. One of the kids wanted to return mid-day from the ski resort and they picked us up within a few minutes. There...

"This place is amazing. Its right next to the center of the Hirafu town where all the action (food) and transportation is. Lawson also right next door. Rooms are small but smartly designed, I felt more comfortable here than in many other larger hotel rooms. "Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. See Aspen or most US resorts for ideas/pictures"

"The entire staff was so helpful and went above and beyond in making our stay very special. They booked us cabs and dinner reservations and helped arrange for activities. The club was a highlight and so nice for breakfast and apres ski. The hotel is brand new and so chic and clean. The onsen was incredible too. Highly recommend this brand new hotel!! "

"One cannot ask for a better ski in/ski out location. Hotel also has ski/boot valet which was an added bonus. Hotel was clean friendly staff. Room cleaners were quick and efficient. Hotel was great, the little store down near the lobby is relatively expensive though. And there's not much except restaurants nearby for snack food. "
