Experience this spacious, clean & comfortable, newly remodeled unique 1-story townhouse with a loft, with the conveniences of a home.

We are legal Short Term Rental, in a resort zoning

The unit is on the second floor; beautiful golf course view. Kitchen fully equipped for your convenience. Very spacious dining and living areas with a private lanai overlooking the beautiful Palmer golf course. The loft is spacious and has its own private full bathroom. Close to many beautiful beaches!

Thank you for booking our Luxury property at 57-068 Eleku Kuilima Place #146.
You will be provided with a gate code. Gatefob will be available, in the unit, for your use during your stay.
Drive in and take the first left, look for parking stall 146.Additional cars must park on designated Guest parking stalls, and require guest pass. Please call security (available 24/7) for a guest pass.
Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am.
When returning from the beach, please remove sand from your feet, legs and short pockets before entering.
Upon your departure please leave gatefob in the unit. A $50.00 fee will be charged for lost fobs. Feel free to call me should you require any further assistanceHave wonderful stay!

Located in a lush tropical setting, just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the beach, this townhouse is located in a gated community at Turtle Bay Kuilima East Estates and is near many attractions. Sitting on 880 acres of beachfront property, the resort includes white sand beaches, miles of walking trails along untouched coastline, 2 championship golf courses, casual & fine dining, live entertainment, surfing lessons, snorkeling, day spa, horseback riding, and helicopter tours. World famous surfing beaches such as Pipeline and Waimea Bay, the Polynesian Cultural Center, old Haleiwa town are just a 10 - 15 minute drive away. The townhouse sits along the Palmer golf course with views of the golf and redwood trees. Two swimming pools, two tennis courts, and BBQ areas along with a parking stall are for your use at no extra charge. Enjoy a wonderful vacation in one of the most beautiful and magical places in the world!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was actually only a short walk to the beach, there were no crowds and we had everything we needed in the unit. Would definitely stay again.

Great location; disappointing accommodations
Location is ideal; property is old. Inefficient a/c’s (wall units) unusable master shower due to head leakage (owner notified - no remedy). Owner did bring fan on third day which was appreciated. You must leave the a/c units on continuously to maintain any coolness. Poor natural circulation. Easy parking.

Two Weeks In Turtle Bay
Check in/out process was flawless and easy to understand. Unit was just as described. Comfortable, clean, quiet and easy to access. Good location - close to lots of good beaches for kids and adults (Hukilau, Castles, Pounders, Sunset, Pipeline, Waimea Bay, etc) and not too far from Haleiwa, Kaneohe and other shopping/dining/entertainment destinations.
