The house is lovely and well maintained in a quiet neighbourhood close to a wild empty beach. It could use a kettle though. I would have given it four stars if it wasn't for our initial experience finding the place and the misrepresentation of location. After booking the house based on the vrbo map location, I was sent an email from VRBO with an address, door code etc. After 20 hours of travel with two children we got off the plane and made our way to the point on the VRBO map, but the addresses on this street were nowhere near the one we were sent. We followed the main road looking for the number. Couldn't find it. We followed a link from the email and found a second house number. After driving around for an hour we tried calling and texting Anthony and his partner. Calls went straight to voicemail (we left a message), and texts wouldn't go through due to lack of cell reception. We finally got ahold of him three hours later with very hungry tired children, $300 of warm groceries, and us starting to wonder if we'd been had. He had forgotten to send us the welcome email with yet a third address. After getting that number we were able to find the place and get checked in, but not before everyone was quite miserable. The ironic part is that had the correct address been sent out in the initial email from VRBO then we would have found it much earlier as we were sitting in front of the correct address hours earlier saying "we should be close" - sigh. Long story short, the address info needs to be cleaned up and the map location corrected. Even the address on the welcome manual is wrong. I'm not sure why there are so many different house numbers/locations floating around, but it made for a really terrible start to our vacation.
