Our condo boasts 3 split AC systems - one in the master bedroom, another for the living area and a third system for the loft bedroom. If you are sensitive to slightly hot or humid conditions, our condo is the perfect fit for you! Please respect our environment and use the AC units when necessary and turn off the units when leaving the condo.

Please take the time to read the Welcome Book - it has all the information you need to know, including TV/Wifi Instructions, condo and association rules and other helpful information.

Beautiful views and a 10 minute walk to Turtle Bay. Far from the road noise of Kam Highway. When the wind is right, you will hear the waves crashing on the beach. Unit has had a full remodel; top of the line appliances

This condo has had a complete renovation

This lovely condo sleeps a maximum of 4 adults comfortably in beds (please note that we do not allow children under the age of 10 - as the loft and stairs are dangerous for small children). You'll enjoy how close you are to Turtle Bay Resort, your choice of beaches big and small, 2 championship golf courses, tennis, horseback riding, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, helicopter rides, and 6 different and unique restaurants.

Large screened in lanai with a great view of the 18th hole of the Fazio Championship Golf Course and distant ocean vistas.

Entire condo is freshly painted, new carpet and tile floor and a totally remodeled kitchen, new fridge, and downstairs bathroom with large walk in shower. Upstairs bath and shower were just completed and a new window was also added for greater air flow.

The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed with an upgraded Mitsubishi air conditioning system and a 36" TV.

The upstairs bedroom/oft has a queen bed and a full bathroom. There are new ceiling fans in the downstairs bedroom, living room, loft and lanai. The loft and stairs are not safe for small/young children.

Corner unit provides extra operating windows to make the most of the tropical breezes.

Living room has a 57" Smart TV and large, comfy new furniture and bamboo wood floor. High Definition Cable and high speed WIFI provided.

No need to for bottled water - we have a water filtration system in the kitchen for you!
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware and tableware, rice cooker, crock pot, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, and new fridge. New sink with filtered water system and recently updated counter top and back splash.

Beach towels, sand chairs, umbrellas, boggie boards, ice chest and sand toys are provided to make your trips to the beach more comfortable.

Unit also includes a washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap, and hand soap.

Access to 2 pools and BBQ areas. Tennis courts for guests also. Or grab your golf clubs and take a 5 minute stroll to the Fazio and Palmer golf courses.

Turtle Bay Condo
The condo was just like it was listed and the instructions to get there and inside the community was easy to follow. The swimming pool was very nice to relax at after a day of exploring and the overall location was perfect.

Great North Shore Gem!
Really happy with the entire stay. The location was perfectly situated in the middle of all the North Shore hot spots and activities we wanted to check out. The property was accurate to the listing and the property manager was very communicative during the entire visit. Will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

We loved our condo and it's vicinity to the beach and Turtle Bay Resort. The beach equipment and ice chest were great, beds we're comfy, and kitchen is very well stocked. We recommend snorkeling at Sharks Cove and the bay by the banyan tree.

What a fantastic spot on the North Shore! It’s a close walk to Turtle Bay Resort, where you can enjoy the great beach and restaurants! Highly reccomend the beach house restaurant and the point pool bar at sunset! Great location where you can drive to amazing beaches and hikes! Must go see Waimea beach and falls and sunset beach at sunset! It’s a great spot and I can promise we will be back! Our check in and out was great and the host was so accommodating! Great memories made here!

Amazing place to stay on the North Shore
We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It’s a lovely place situated on the best part of the island. We loved staying on the north shore and because you are so close to Turtle Bay resort, you can walk over to use any of the amenities… there’s so much to do just walking distance from the condo. The host is quick to respond and fix anything we needed and was very helpful if we had any questions. We will definitely be back. It was great, and I highly recommend.

It was so nice staying at a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms after spending 3 nights in a small hotel in Waikiki. The water filter on the sink was great. Being able to wash wet towels from the beach was also a plus. We could walk to the beach from our condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Kahuku
Fabulous stay on the North Shore. Great space—exactly as shown in pics. Conveniently located, though expect to do a lot of driving anywhere you stay on the North Shore. Everything is beautiful, and there is lots to do. There are many eateries and food trucks nearby. So fun!!! Would stay again anytime.
