"The cottage itself is the second story of the two-story unit. The inside is very attractively decorated Hawaiian beach motif. It hadeverything you could need in a beach apartment with chairs, towels, umbrellas, body boards, etc. masks fins. snorkel. The apartment itself is a bit of a sauna, it’s soaks in that sun and with the humidity of the beach it is very warm and sticky. The owner has yet to fix two windows that would allow more Breeze into the apartment, I really hope she fixes them now...

"We wanted somewhere to stay on the north shore that would feel more local and be near the ocean. This little condo delivered. When they say ocean views they aren’t kidding. The beach was 20 feet from the windows! The unit was clean, provided all necessary amenities, comfortable beds, embraced the beach vibe, and what a view! My boys loved that there were twin needs so they didn’t have to share a bed. Super happy with the stay, would definitely book again. "

"We loved the open, airy feel. It jad everything we needed. Chris was great. He was always checking on us to see if we needed anything. He mad suggestions of things we could do or eat. Check in was so easy. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Would recommend!!!"

"An uncomplicated house sitting right on the beach! "No fluff" is not a bad thing, just that the house had exactly what you needed and nothing you did not. Ample sleeping space, multiple bathrooms, easy beachfront access, and an outdoor shower to get the sand off. Easy check-in to boot!Oh, and we counted 14 wild peacocks roaming the property at one time! Really neat for the kids!"

"100% effective communication with the host. They know the area and were able to answers local questions about food, beaches etc. Prompt information and Prompt updates and prompt communication 100% Clean and great facility. Great space enough for a family of four. Functioning AC. Beds were great and comfortable. Fans in every room. Space was very clean when we arrived. Cottage had boogie board, cooler and everything that you would need to start your adventure. Kitchen had adequate supplies...

"We had a wonderful stay. Property was as pictured. The biggest challenges we found is that the area you need to drive through to get to the property is very run down. The property is about a 30 min drive from any safe amenity such as a grocery, gas station etc. If you want to just stay in one place your whole trip this is the place. But if you want to explore around it is not. I would have liked the property to have also listed that there were things like - washer and dryer, hair dryer, general...

"This beach house, views and ocean breezes are glorious, exactly as shown in the photos. We loved every aspect of our stay, and appreciated all of the beach toys and gear!We had the beach in front of the house all to ourselves. We could walk in either direction for swimmable, sandy entry points into the water. Fun waves for surfing to the left, and a bit more calm to the right. We had two teenagers and five adults, ranging in age from 14 to 83, and had plenty of space to luxuriate. Caretaker Sam...

Secluded Sands ~ Private Beach Access, A/C

Wonderful for large family

"This house was wonderful for our large family. We had 9 adults and 2 babies. There was a pack and play,a stroller and a wagon, which helped enormously. The house was very clean, very comfortable beds,and the AC was cold. The large dining table was a great bonus. The walk to the beach was a little further than we thought,but not terrible. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this house.The ad stated 2 washers and dryers but one was out of service, but it really didn't impact us at all. Host was very communicative and check in was a breeze. Also, really appreciated the fully fenced and gated yard. "
