"Upon arrival, 2 cones blocked the driveway. I had to get out to remove the cones to parking. The front desk person came out and put back the cones. At the check in counter she looks angry and no welcome greeting."

"Dirty bed sheets, felt like they weren't changed (hair, filthy...). Shower power inexistant (drop by drop) so difficult to wash ourself without taking very long time. Building open to anyone. No english speaking but still tried to answer my questions (unsuccessful though)"
