Rooms are all new and super clean, great soundproof doors on the balconies, since the plaza is very busy and loud, the bed was Fantastic and comfortable. Quick to respond to requests and always with a smile. Would definitely stay there again as it’s quite central to a lot of the monuments to visit, away from the pyramids. "The hotel is amazing surrounded by beautiful restaurants, the staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms are big and spacious with an access to outdoor balcony, also there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes, I’ll definitely go back."

"found that for the majority of the trips we paid for, the hotel "in the wrong part of Cairo", and everyone charged extra on top of the trip fee. we had a load of the Egyptian money left when we got to the airport, and the wife was hoping to spend it at the duty free. unfortunately, the duty-free shops in the airport refuse to take Egyptian money. even the money exchanges wouldnt take either."
