"Excellent room, fantastic host who was very accommodating and delightful personality, just wasn't clear on the website how the location was deep in a village which was difficult to access, poorly marked, and therefore feeling unsafe. "We arrived to find no one in Reception at 5pm, and only a number to call. Annoying after a 3 hour trip. There was no working wifi, although they said they had it, and only a cold shower. Torture. Very simple room. Two beds, nowhere to put our things - no closet, no shelving. For $200 a night that's not acceptable. "

"High quality accommodations, extremely comfortable and well equipped. We stayed at the suite room that had a separate bedroom. Location was on the top of a hill with views of the valley and the Gilboa hills. Beautiful short hiking trails right near the room. Room was very clean and inviting. Access to huge Swimming pool was included Staff was helpful at check in. "

"I had an amazing time at the hostel. The place opened just a few days before of my arrival so everything was newly renovated. The staff was so helpful and did everything to make their guests feel welcome. It's also very clean and location is excellent just minutes away from city sights."

Highly Recommended Experience at the Scots Hotel

"We highly recommend a stay at the Scots Hotel for adults who appreciate beautiful antique-style historic buildings with beautifully maintained gardens and a quiet and prestigious atmosphere. The hotel is very well-maintained and immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel is not suited for kids and is designed for guests over 16 years old. We will be glad to stay at this hotel again."
