Amazing place to stay in an awesome rural location. Loved the old features of the house and had a very comfortable stay. Host is great, provided plenty of info and easy to deal with.
Highly recommended
We all were very happy with the house very clean The Beds were awesome outside was awesome we have nothing but praise for our accommodation thank you very much will do it again if we are up there again
Beautiful little house , great central base to adventure from…location is excellent, peaceful setting , upon arrival lights left on “9.00pm”, locally made hot cross buns , honey and milk waiting for us, such a nice personal touch. Two parents, two adult children and two “Well” behaved dogs, had a wonderful time.
Highly Recommend. 6 ⭐️ Rating.
We had a wonderfully relaxing stay here, in this well appointed historic farmhouse. The rural views were idyĺic and the location is on the doorstep to the sheltered, beautiful Whangaroa harbour. Marisa was a friendly and welcoming host with great attention to detail. We would love to come back and stay longer next time! Very comfy beds and clever restoration of lovely old farmhouse. Jason and family 😊
This is no batch - it is a home. From the moment you drop your bags you feel peace. You can see and feel the love with which the farmhouse has been restored.
Everything functions perfectly including the WIFI and mobile service, the comfort of the furniture, the beds and couch I have never experienced in other "batches."
Check in and communication were amazing, and the hosts very generous in allowing us to bring our two dogs, they provided a dog bed and even offered to bring a kennel down if we needed it.
The location is very private, yet a great base for all far north adventures.
This place is an absolute gem, and we are definitely coming back.
