"Everything’s just as described, the spectacular view, comfortable wind and cozy atmosphere are surely one of the best place you want to spend your time relaxing. Gratitude to the staff there, we were warmly welcomed and hardly needed to worry about anything. I left a ring after checked out and returned in the evening, the hotel staffs were very helpful and found me the ring very quickly while I was just waiting at the terrace enjoying the sunset. "This property is right on the boardwalk just a few steps away from American Village. The staff was kind and the property was impressively clean. I liked that my view every morning was the water (if you decide upgrade to a room with a view and a balcony). This won’t be the last time I stay at this property."

"It was an absolute blast to stay here. Let's start with improvements and caveats first though. I did feel that it could have used a few more lights at night and while there is a washing machine and dryer, it is outdoors in the open so it may not be the best. So there’s an inherent smell because of all this old furniture and on our last night, the sheets they switched were so musty and gross smelling that we couldn’t sleep and had to shower in the morning. "The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "

"In all of my 50 years, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner hotel! The customer service was IMPECCABLE! We were met outside by Staff, escorted to check-in, and served tea during our checkin. Also, the view is to die for! My complaints: 1. No room service 2. “To go” is not permitted from restaurants 3. The same items are served in the club lounge "
