"Great location. I stayed in 5th floor and I could see the Riga Cathedral from the windows. It takes 3 minutes to walk to there. All major attractions are in minimum walking distance from the hotel. Staffs are friendly and breakfast buffet is great. I went up to the tower of St. Peter Church twice to see the whole Riga which looks magical with all snow covered roofs. I definitely come back and stay in the hotel again."

"Very convenient Old Town location with almost everything walkable. The hotel is old fashioned and perhaps a bit tired in some parts, but very charming. The rooms are big enough with decent storage, and the bathroom was excellent, although the shower over the bath might present a problem for some. Breakfast had a reasonable variety of hot and cold food, but some items were occasionally missing and the coffee machine was not particularly user friendly. Minor points not detracting from a good 9 day...

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Short walk into Riga old town, on key bus and tram routes. Easy access to the airport too. Line 22 bus stops outside the hotel. Comfortable and clean. Very 90s in some places, but clean, functional and in good condition. "

"I honestly don’t know why people stop at This hotel & complain. It’s very cheap very warm & Cosy, not far from the town. If you want 5 star hotel then you need to pay 5 star prices. The breakfast was ok as well "

"I checked in to find my original room hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping. I went downstairs to inform the lady at check in and she apologised profusely and said she would upgrade me to a superior room. I was really pleased about this as I would have been happy with my original room just being cleaned by housekeeping. The lady at the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me. "A few blocks from main shopping center/movie theater, 15min walk to anything you want. Feels like it's located between upscale and seedy neighborhoods, but Riga feels safe overall. Coming/going is awkward in B building, so ask to be in building A. On site parking. "
