NOTICE! To keep the Mahana Resort in top shape for our guests, we'll be refreshing the roof of the Molokai Tower from March 21, 2025, to September 12, 2025. The newly added padded swivel rockers on the lanai and reclining swivel gliders in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows provide a comfortable vantage point to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. Spot sea turtles and whales (seasonal) with the provided binoculars. You'll also find newly refinished bamboo flooring, 65-inch Samsung smart TVs, and in-unit laundry.

The bedroom is a haven of serenity, featuring a king-size bed and premium mattress, strategically designed to offer ocean views and direct access to the lanai. The updated bathroom boasts contemporary design and a pebble stone walk-in shower, providing a comfortable way to refresh after a day of exploring or lounging on the nearby beaches.

Mahana 804 amenities include WiFi, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, Blu-ray/DVD player, smart TVs wit, soundbar with WiFi + Bluetooth streaming, full kitchen with dishwasher, premium coffee maker, blender, French press, coffee grinder, in-unit washer/dryer, filtered water dispenser in the refrigerator and ice maker.

The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of famous Ka'anapali Beach. The Mahana is in close proximity to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. You can walk to the nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, farmer's market, and local grocery store. The beach is directly in front of the resort, and there is also a pool and tennis court on the property. Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. The sand levels at the Mahana Beach can vary depending on the conditions. A larger beach also starts on the south side of the resort and continues for miles!

My Perfect Stays provides the condo with one beach chair per guest as well as a cooler for your use during your visit. In addition, they provide a one-time complimentary starter supply kit of all-natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion.

There are no additional resort or parking fees.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
