Kaanapali Royal Resort #D-102 is in an ideal location for experiencing all that the Kaanapali area has to offer. This gated condominium resort of 15 three-level buildings is situated on the Kaanapali Royal Golf Course. Over 1,500+ sq ft with an extremely large lanai area, this condominium is located on the ground level and walks out to the 16th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones designed Kaanapali Royal Golf Course.

Top-of-the-line features include porcelain ceramic tile floors, granite counter tops, custom stone showers, extra-large bathtub, gallery-quality art, and beautiful furnishings and amenities. The Master Bedroom includes a king-sized bed; the Second Bedroom, a queen-sized bed; and the Living Area, a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Master Bathroom offers a custom stone over-sized tub/shower combination, and the Second Bathroom offers a custom stone walk-in shower. Great place

The house was well supplied and fresh towels and fresh linen. The cooking utensils and kitchen facilities will relatively new. The owner had left some supplies so that we didn’t have to run around to go to the supermarket for minor things which was very generous. Overall, the house is very well-kept and a great place to stay.

Very nice property close to Whalers Village, the beach, and other activities most visitors would enjoy. The only down side was that there was construction going on (roof shingling) and the lower parking lots were closed Construction crew started early

This condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has a well appointed kitchen. It's located on a golf course right across from Whaler's Villange and Kaanapalli beach. We would definitely come back.

Great location and property

Absolutely enjoyable stay! Property was as advertised. Family of 5 couldn’t say enough about how well appointed the condo was. Would definitely stay at this property again. Can’t wait to go back. Only feedback is to invest in a larger water heater as family of 5 had to speed through each shower to provide person 3, 4, and 5 some luke warm water. This property won’t disappoint!

Sisters getaway

This was the perfect location for us. An easy walk to whalers village and beautiful golf views. The unit was exceptionally clean, quiet, and spacious. The location and property were just right.

We were attending a wedding and the property was perfect for our needs. We didn’t utilize all the available amenities and kitchen appliances, but there are many. One thing to be aware of are the additional charges for parking, resort fees, vrbo fees, and owner fees. Easily double the advertised price when considering the actual cost per night.

Great getaway spot

Very nice location and view overlooking the 16th hole on the golf course. Unit is well laid out for two couples sharing the unit as we did. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms and located at opposite ends of the unit. Walking distance to Whalers Village and Kaanapali Beach. FYI, there is a public beach access corridor just north of Kaanapali Beach Hotel. I will stay here on future Maui visits.

Very comfortable and relaxing

The directions to the condo and the check in instructions were so helpful. The condo was clean, well decorated, beds were super comfortable. The whole space is relaxing. Love sitting on the back patio enjoying the sunset. Only 2 minor cons- the condo has a very musty smell. Totally understandable with a humid environment, but it was a rather prominent smell. The other is the cost of parking. Was very expensive to park our car. Other than that, it was a fantastic place and I would absolutely stay again.

Cold shower

Ice Cold showers and water after 1-2 people showered. This occurred EVERYDAY. 9 yr old son was crying due to 1st time in shock with ice cold shower and frustration. Room has wet, smoky smell. No thanks at any price.
