"The view from my balcony on the 53rd floor was amazing (city and river view) I got upgraded and was given access to the lounge area with complimentary food and beverage. Lounge is the same floor as the breeze. (See movie Hang Over 2). Unfortunately, I thought the skybar was the one at thr breeze, when in fact it was at the 64th floor. Will definitely return to post the correct skybar. "

"We booked a suite and requested high floor. Got floor 21 which had a wrap around balcony with great views of the river. The hotel is modern, room was spacious and had lots of plus points. Downside the water pressure was poor the shower, doable but you had no pressure for the rainfall shower and quite low for the hand held. There was a large bath which we didn’t use. No hot water in the kitchen, again a pressure issue. Room service was excellent and reasonably priced. Free bottled water every day...
