This unit also has a smart TV in the main room and also in the second room on the wall.
This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Bunk Beds Bunk Beds are not suitable for Adults.
What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.
Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.
The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars. Not suitable for boat parking.
A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
