Welcome to Unit 26 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a wadding pool for toddlers, communal BBQ perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.

Unit 26 is furnished with air-conditioning to the living area and main bedroom.

This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Singles.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied - sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.

Please note:No Wi-Fi at this property.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars.

Anyone who is found climbing the pool fence & utilising the pool area after the closing time of 7pm & the opening time of 8am, will be required to vacate Seafront Estate property immediately & will be banned from any future accommodation stays at the complex.

The common areas of the Complex are camera monitored, which includes the Swimming Pool, for security purposes.

Any breaking of the rules of the complex, may require you to vacate the seafront estate immediately.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties

Great Location
The units were really great in size and the location was wonderful. The pool and BBQ area at the unit looked fantastic. I would consider going there again.

House looked great but there was no wifi, washing machine broken, tv was so old it had a set top box. Small fixes would make it awesome

very disappointed
Opened the door to find the place filthy from the previous tenants who checked our 3 days before our arrival. Went back to the Professionals real estate to be informed we would have to wait another hour for the place to be cleaned, turned out over 2.5 hrs before we could settle in with the kids. We ended up unpacking the car whilst the cleaner was mopping the floors. Next morning we found dirty dishes in the cupboard, hot plates didnt get hot enough to cook an egg and we could not use the bbq area due to a lightning strike which destroyed the bbqs and pool pump
