"The hotel was easily accessible from the port - about a 15 min walk, as well as to the horse and electric trains. The location was very nice. Breakfast was good and water pressure in the shower was excellent."

"Whilst it may feel a little dated and can be a little noisy in the evening, the facilities are good, and well kept. The beds were firm but comfortable and the pool & spa were very enjoyable. It’s also well positioned over the bay and within easy walk of the heart of Douglas."

"Originally I was put in a room without a window which wasn’t great - the staff were helpful but I had to double up costs to get a sea view when the hotel wasn’t busy. I thought they could have been a bit more flexible on this"
