KIng bed in Master bedroom; Queen bed in second bedroom; Futon for additional guest. Four-story building with elevator and stairs near Unit. Parking on facility, close to apartment. Fitness Center, BBQ grilling area and free WiFi in business center and pool area.

On-site management, maintenance staff and valet trash pickup.

Free Scheduled Activities: Pool-side yoga, Pool Aerobics, Health Seminars, Evening Social Gatherings, Holiday Parties. Weekly card games: Poker, Mah Jong, Canasta. Groups for off-site golf, kayaking and paddleboarding.
