Excellent Stay
We have rented this property a number of times and have never been disappointed. It is definitely more comfortable than any hotel. Also enjoyed the heated pool by the Twisted Tuna restaurant. Took walks every day along the wood chip path in Carlin Park and went to the nearby beach. The owner responds immediately to any questions or concerns. Would stay again.

Wonderful accommodations!!!
We loved this condo!!! We have stayed at many places in Jupiter Bay the past four years, but this is surely at the top of our list! The condo was clean, well organized and had a great deal of supplies in the kitchen and elsewhere to make a terrific vacation stay! Dave was also very responsive and helpful, too.

Great Jupiter Bay condo
We had a wonderful stay. Condo was even nicer than the photos indicate, and staying indoors was very relaxing as the weather was too hot to be outdoors. Dave gave great instructions and was very responsive to questions we had during our visit. We will be returning to Jupiter in the future and hope this condo will be available on those dates.

This property simply cannot be beat!
The Property: Well maintained. Within walking distance of the beach, the downtown area, the Maltz Theater, and several great restaurants including the Twisted Tuna, located on the property and has something to offer for everyone. The unit (C305E): Extremely clean and well appointed. Huge screened-in deck overlooking Carlin Park and the eastern condo property which is landscaped beautifully. My best description of the unit is well maintained, updated, clean, homey, quiet, and comfortable. Not trendy, poshy or upscale. I might add that Mr. Churchill (host) always responded to us within 5 minutes prior to, during, or after our very pleasant stay.

Amazing!
We stayed at this beautiful Jupiter Bay condo from Dec 23rd - Dec 29th 2023. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are newly updated and extremely clean. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything you needed. The host was very communicative and available for questions. The heated pool is amazing with a full-service restaurant (Twisted Tuna) and tiki bar just steps from the pool. What an amazing experience we had! Will stay again when we visit south Florida. Honestly, out of all of the places we've stayed over the years this was the best.

Perfect
This was our second 3-week stay at Dave's condo and we'll be back again. The condo itself is a super comfortable home away from home. The condo complex is peaceful and the views from the patio add to that. The location is unbeatable. Close to everything one would want if visiting Florida for the natural beauty, beaches, access to good fresh foods. Dave is always quick to answer questions and always helpful. VERY highly recommended!!

We stayed at this condo for the second time as it is convenient to everything. There's a nice walking path in nearby Carlin Park and the beach is only a 10 minute walk. The onsite restaurant is very good and there are 2 pools on the property, one of which is heated. The condo is very comfortable and the host will help with anything you need. Would stay again.

Superb property and location!
This is a really wonderful vacation property! The condo itself was perfect for our family for 4 - 2 adults and 2 children. The condo was very spacious and was very well supplied with all we needed for a two-week stay. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to make home cooked meals, there were sufficient towels for all of us, including beach/pool towels, and the beds and living room seating were very comfortable. The hosts provided all things needed to go to the beach, including chairs, umbrella, and beach blankets. The wifi worked great and the large screen television in the living room was super for relaxing in the evenings. The lanai was a great bonus and while it was often to hot to sit in there, we loved to listen to the frogs while sitting out there at night. The location is perfect - close to a number of beaches and restaurants, and a Publix right in the backyard. The condo grounds were great and there were two huge pools available for use, along with an amazing onsite restaurant at one of the pools. The host was very easy to communicate with, provided all the necessary details, and was always very responsive and respectful. Check in was a breeze! All in all, a great stay. Highly recommend this condo!

Relaxation in Jupiter
We stayed in Jupiter for a baseball tournament for my son. The property was centrally located and was perfect for our experience. There were plenty of activities to keep us busy on property and the area is full of attractions. The property itself was quiet and clean. Jupiter was a wonderful area full of golf courses and beautiful beaches. We will return I am sure.

The property was exactly as advertised and Dave did a terrific job of communicating throughout the process. The location, cleanliness and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. There were many great restaurants and stores nearby. Carlin Park was probably our favorite attraction, and it was a short walk or car ride from the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo with screened in patio overlooking Carlin Park. Large screen TV with Netflix, Prime and other streaming. Two pools, one right across the street; the other larger pool also has a good restaurant on site where you can get meals, brunch or drinks. Perfect in Every Way
We love the Jupiter area and this by far is the best location and condo that we have ever stayed in. You can walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and simply just take long walks. Everything is close by. The condo is well appointed and decorated! The condo faces Carlin Park which is a beautiful view from the balcony and a great spot for your morning coffee and outdoor dining. David was available and ready to support us in every way possible. The residents were very friendly. The pool is the spot to meet others and have a fun afternoon! Just returned from a wonderful stay at Dave's Condo. Perfect location! Dave is a stellar host - so easy and responsible with all. His prep for check-in and instructions for living at his place were meticulous.!The condo was comfortable, clean, decorated lovely, and provided all of the necessities for a home-like stay. As others have commented, this is a wonderful place to stay. Dave's communications were timely and helpful. The condo is in on the very best locations - period! Beaches are so close, as is Jonathan Dickinson State Park, Jupiter Island Hobe Sound Refuge, all within a short drive, while closer beaches are within an easy walk. The condo itself has everything one needs for a comfortable home-away-from-home. Thanks, Dave!!
