Jupiter Bay Beach Condo

What a great vacation home. Easy first floor access with a wonderful garden view. Across from the pool, a short distance to the beach. The condo is upgraded with new furniture, newer kitchen and new baths. A hot tub and tennis courts are part of the amenities. The adjoining park has covered cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills. Pulbix, movies, restaurants, Maltz Theater, shopping, Riverwalk and Harbourside are within a 1/2 mile from this location.

Parking rules prohibit trucks, boats, trailers, mobile homes, vans, motorcycles, recreational vehicles or buses.

The rental agreement and HOA application must be completed and signed 3 DAYS AFTER RESERVATION IS MADE- otherwise your booking is subject to cancellation. By making a reservation you agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the Jupiter Bay Condominium Association. A check for $25 needs to be brought on day of arrival to office for parking permit pass.

There is a restriction on pets the size of which don't exceed 20 pounds.
Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to Dusk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

ONGOING CONCRETE RESTORATION
Jupiter Bay is undergoing concrete restoration works from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
During this time, guests may experience noise disturbances related to the construction.
The patio furniture will be located inside the apartment for the duration of the project.

Perfect Location
We had a wonderful time. The condo is in the perfect location. We could walk everywhere. When we had any problem, the property manage was right on it. The only negative, the pictures on line are not exactly right. It shows different furniture.

Regular. Cozinha pequena e antiga, para abrir a lava-louça precisa abrir a porta da geladeira…. Loucas, copos e talheres diferentes, como se fossem sobras de jogos que se quebraram. Não achei jogo americano para usar na mesa. Apartamento com pouca luminosidade. Pelo tempo que ficamos funcionou mas podia ser melhor.
