Perfect for walking your dogs, jogging and playing with the kids. All new tastefully decorated with all the amenities you want. Two 75 inch and one 65 inch smart TV's. Fully fenced, nicely landscaped yard with large private patio with grill and outdoor dining for six.
Living room has a 75 inch smart TV with surround sound. All new modern furnishings with super fast 437 Mbps Wi-Fi so you can work and do video conference calls if necessary.

Kitchen has large quartz island with seating for six. All new high end pots, pans, utensils, blender and specialty glasses for margaritas, martinis, wine, and cocktails. Basic cooking spices and necessities, Keurig pod coffee maker and 4 slice toaster.

Master bedroom has King size bed and 75 inch smart TV with surround sound. Luxurious all cotton linens and towels, toiletries, two walk in closets, two luggage racks, extra large shower comfortably fits two, double sinks and private toilet area. Touch sensitive lights on each nightstand so no fumbling for light switches in the middle of the night.

Enjoyed that there was lots of space to spread out. Open plan and access to back patio made it easy to keep an eye on 2 very active toddlers.

As someone who grew up in the area, I would say Jeff’s spot is in the perfect location & close to everything! My husband, two year old & our dogs loved the home. Everything was extremely clean k the house had everything you needed. We would absolutely stay here again.
