"The woman/owner checking me in was very nice. She carried my bag downstairs to the room. The room was big, had a stove and refrigerator. And , it had a huge window with a glass that had design on it to prevent seeing through. But, at night she left the light on outside that shines through making it difficult to sleep! The bed was comfortable. There were other rooms, I wonder why she didn’t give me a room that didn’t have a bright light shining into it. When I left at 7:30 in the morning, no one was around."

"Nice place to stay for relaxation and natural beauty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property has lots of little interesting spots to explore and a nice library. It could use some maintenance and updating but everything was fine. The meals served at the hotel were ok. Massage was inexpensive and good. The pools are not very warm but the mineral water felt good on my skin. "

"Muy bonito lugar, algo ruidoso porque está a pie de carretera. Tiene el inconveniente de que el baño no tiene ventilación propia, se ventila con la habitación. No tiene mosquiteros y si hay mosquitos. La atención es excelente y el desayuno buffet delicioso!"

"Modern,fairly straightforward hotel with no frills but still very comfortable and probably the best in this city (not much choice). Rooms plain but adequate. Good breakfast but restaurant otherwise closed. Quiet,clean. Staff friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is average. Clean, but average. The interior of the hotel is loud with echoes of every noise. Outside rooms will hear the street traffic, inside ones, the echoes. Not really any services or amenities. Probably would stay at another location in centro if visiting again. Close enough to the main street and services and restaurants, but would look for more comfort and amenities next time."

"Overall very good. 1. Breakfast was good with a range of options. Didn't do dinner there, but it looked good. 2. Wifi: Good enough for video calls and zoom meetings. It wasn't super busy when we stayed. Cell service was very good too (cell tower is visible nearby). 3. Villas - cute little houses with a kitchen, living room, and multiple bedrooms. 4. Cold - went in February. Villas are not heated, so it got a bit cold and the blankets were a bit thin. Shower ran out of hot water very fast. We read other reviews to brought an electric blanked, but but the hotel probably would have had something if we asked. 5. Staff - super friendly, and helpful. 6. Property - Very pretty, pools were clean, and lots of places for kids and adults."
