We stayed here because it was directly across the street from our cruise embarkation. Easy to walk anywhere in town. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. We stayed one night on either end of our cruise. The first night there was a problem with the boiler, so the shower was luke warm at best. Second night it was rather warm in the room and there is no AC. Sleeping with the window open made it bearable.

Stunning Juneau Scenery
Location was extremely convenient for shopping, restaurants and cafes in downtown Juneau. Also close to Mt. Robert tram and excursion stalls. Hotel also offered concierge services on-site. Our room was decent size and the sea views were amazing.

Best hotel in Juneau, although its a bit pricey. Modern and tasteful decor in the rooms. I had a room on the 5th floor that faced the waterfront, giving a beautiful view. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice restauraunt and bar on the premises and free parking. A definite bonus was the cooling system in the room the worked as well as a decent air conditioner.

Great experience. We had a room that overlooked the harbor. The room & beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean; also the bath appeared to be updated. The Sheraton was convenient to walking around town and also to loading our gear onto our ship. It's probably the nicest hotel in Juneau for the price.
