Great June Getaway Spot
Nice and roomy layout with room to move. Great location in the town and close to resort. Property management co. was easy to work with. Will definitely keep this place on our list for next time.

Cozy Stay Baby Gull House
I booked the VRBO at Baby Gull House for 6 people, only 4 of us were able to make it. The house is PERFECT for 4-5 adults, if you’re okay sharing beds. 6 people would have been a bit tight. The house isn’t luxury at all, but it’s a great deal for a well-located cozy mountain house. The neighborhood is super walkable and cute. My friends and I would like to return here in the future.

View of Gull Lake from roomy cottage
The location is quiet, with a lovely view of Gull Lake. The house has plenty of room, 2 porches and an upstairs suite and bonus room. Lots of tv’s. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Not fans of memory foam mattress pads, so I’ll ask next time to not use them. Great stay at a great house with efficient and pleasant rental group.

Gull Lake Baby House
Very comfortable house for 4 of us, with a great location: view of the lake, and Carson Peak. Some of the dishes and glasses were not very clean, and the bathroom rugs were not very clean. Also, bears got into the garbage and dumpster in the neighborhood. Overall, though, a good stay and we would choose this house again.

Great house, great location and amazing views!
We love our stay at this wonderful house. We had 2 adults and 18 year old and two 16 year olds. Accommodated all of us well for sleeping and the bathrooms are very modern and nice. Heater worked great which was good as we had a great snow storm. Kitchen is fully equipped and the lounging furniture is comfortable. Very clean and the location is amazing. Great views of Gull Lake and you can walk to everything June Lake has to offer. The best part is the rental agency sent someone to shovel the front porch and walkway for us. Thank you so much. Would definitely stay in this lovely house again!!

Love the location.... One thing... there were 2 coffee pots that take filters and no Coffee for them. Then there were Coffee K-Cups but no coffee maker to put them in. I was thinking there would be coffee for us to there to make or something telling us to bring coffee if we want it. thx TheJerr - Out!

Your property is so beautiful with the deck looking at the lake. I did my yoga each morning watching the sunrise. The neighborhood allowed me to run among trees and 2 beautiful lakes. We rented a boat down the street. The relaxation me and my husband were allowed with your property is priceless. Thank you for sharing this beauty we will be back!!!!!

It was a very cute place and the location was unbeatable.
It was a very cute place and the location was unbeatable. Experience slightly spoilt by the mouse droppings in the kitchen and the mousetraps set around the house. Nothing was caught while we were there. There was plenty of room for us…there was only two of us, but the living and dining area would have been very tight had we been at full capacity
