Stay with us and you'll think you're back in the 1970s. This home features carpet of rust and orange, and a hippie bathroom with orange sinks and an orange bathtub. Make yourself at home in a nearly 1500 Square foot pad with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a throwback kitchen, dining room and large front room. This home is ideally situated for anyone wanting to visit any of the four Southern Utah national parks. It is quiet and peaceful and the perfect spot for someone seeking a calming and recreational escape.
The kitchen has plenty of utensils for cooking your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is only one grocery store in town and you would be well advised to bring your own food if you intend to cook more than the basics.
WiFi and television is available.
There is also a clothes washer and dryer available. There is an uncovered patio off the back porch.
Just for fun, we've also furnished this space with a number of pieces of furniture that have secret compartments hidden in them. You are welcome to try and discover how to access the compartments.
Junction is a small, quiet town with less than 180 inhabitants. It is surrounded by mountains to the east and west. Frankly, there is not much to do or see in Junction itself, but the five national parks are a couple hours away and this location is a great home base for anyone wishing to take in a couple of them during their visit. Butch Cassidy's boyhood home is about 10 minutes away. Junction is also adjacent to the world famous Paiute ATV Trail and the perfect place to stage trail rides. The nights are cool and peaceful.
There is a picnic campground 7 miles up City Creek canyon to the west that is free and beautiful.
There is one gas station with snacks and drinks and a grocery store that offers the basics. There is a restaurant 5 miles to the south in Circleville Utah and other restaurants in Marysvale Utah 14 miles north. The nearest pharmacy is in Panguitch 35 miles to the south or in Richfield 39 miles to the north.
The property is surrounded by many southern Utah attractions, most within a three hour drive.

ATTENTION! If you are planning on visiting the Eagle Point ski Resort, you need to know that you cannot access it from the Junction side of the mountain. It is a dirt road that is not maintained in the winter. To get to Eagle Point you have to go Interstate 15 via Utah state road 20 to the south , or you must go to I-15 via I-70 to the north. You can only get to the resort by going through Beaver Utah.
