Strange to speak with staff through a kiosk! I guess it's for their safety? Basic room. 2 chairs, no table, had to stand to do computer work on top of the tall cabinet that contained the mini frig and microwave. Clean. Pets stay free which was the best!

There was no one there at all. Check in on the computer was there for 4.5 hours and no one else ever checked in very strange and suspicious being a weekend and a hoilday with a game at the college and a festival down town. The guy on rhe computer tried to make me feel like i was crazy for not staying there. No thank you BATES motel you want do me Mr. GET OUT

Pleasantly Surprise
Was pleasantly surprised for a motel. Clean and convenient to where I wanted to be. Checkin was a bit different by a video but overall service and courtesy was not lost. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Price per night was also budget friendly.

Laundry facilities were out of order, ice machine was….missing completely, hallways (all of them) were absolutely dark. No lights at all. Room numbers were scotch taped on all doors,but, with no light near impossible to make out. The room locked behind us when we left and hotel maintenance broke in with a screw driver.

Ants and flea like bugs in the room. Microwave in the room smelled like the last thing cooked in it. Multiple cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Continental breakfast consisted of a pot of water and a pot of cold, old coffee. Pool closed, tarped over, no mention of that during the booking.
