"We found the both desk clerks were great. They were both knowledge, courteous and helpful We encountered several problems. 1) We were unable to regulate the room temperature. It was a cold night but our room was extremely hot. We resorted to turning off the heat entirely. 2) There was no hot water for showers at 7 am, so we had to forgo our morning showers. "

"Not up to the regular level we expect from Holiday Inn Express. Trouble with the computer checking in, no remote or cups in room, missing lightbulb, (moved to another room); second room, blinds didn't go all the way down (hello daybreak), no clock in room. Small irritants, but... Room was very clean, great shower, good beds, good breakfast. And, shout out to Ms. V, night clerk, who did all she could - thank you!"
