"Cet établissement situé au fond d’un canyon se situe à 1h30 environ du village de Zabljak, point de départ des excursions. Pour l’atteindre il faut emprunter un chemin majoritairement de terre, pénible et difficile. On y croise régulièrement des 4x4 qui oblige à se ranger tant bien que mal voire de faire marche arrière. Une fois arrivé sur place l’hôtel revendique un 4 étoiles usurpé. 2 étoiles à peine. Chambres sommaires, exiguës, mal insonorisées où ce qui se passe passe dans la chambre...

"This place is paradise-like, sitting on the bank of a cold, crystal clear montain river, and surrounded with green mountains. The facilities are nice. But most importantly, we so much appreciate the wellcoming that the owner couple has given us. We will cherish memories of this experience. And hope to visit them again one day!"

From the hospitable staff to the freshly grown fruit and veg that would end up in your meal at the restaurant! "I love the location. Very peaceful and charming place. We visited off season so we were the only guest. The caretaker were very accomodating and friendly. The only downside there's too many stray cats that chase you around the property and its a little daunting when they all come together to hangout with you. But the property over all is very nice, i woyld recommend a stay"

"A great hotel for exploring Durmitor, with friendly staff (especially Paul!) that were able to make recommendations about activities in the area. Ample free parking, which seems to be rare in Montenegro, and a great restaurant serving breakfast buffet and a wide range of menu options at lunch and dinner time. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! I booked an apartment in March for April after spending hours looking at potential options. We arrived at the apartment to be told it wasn’t ready and we’d have to go to a hotel in Zabljak instead! The apartment wasn’t ready because it was early in the season! The property is still being advertised as available now! We didn’t stay at the hotel because it was a small room with kitchenette that wasn’t suitable. We found another apartment nearby. The man at SOA Hotel was very unsympathetic and kept saying the hotel room was our best option/best thing for us! Obviously it was the best option for them, not us! We are trying to get a refund but they are refusing! At no point did they try and contact us about the apartment not being ready, if they had we could have arranged something else much sooner! It’s a scam!"
