"We booked this property at the last moment for the 2 weeks over Christmas and the New Year, we wanted a place with a garden for our young Boxer puppy and nice beaches close by and could not have found a more ideal property and location. The advert said beach close by and that was the case with the nearest 100 meters away and it is a beautiful beach, other lovely beaches are only a few minutes by car, you will find lovely local shops 2 miles away that sell everything including a very tempting...

The large garden was perfectly suited to our plan to unwind for a fortnight, and the fact that it is shared with the gite next door was not a problem. "The property was Ok but the bedrooms let it down. Neither bedroom had any storage space, just a hanging rail on which to hang trousers and shirts. No drawer space whatsoever, which means living out of a suitcase for a week. The ground floor bedroom was very small which means the suitcases were on the floor and presented a trip hazard. The shower was good but the washroom and the toilets were very small. The kitchen had all you could require and very modern. Just one sofa for 4 people was too...

Le site est parfait - semi- rural avec un jardin immense mais à proximité des plages magnifiques de Jullouville, Carolles et Kairon. Bernadette est une hôtesse superbe. No reply received to 4 messages sent to the owner over a 4 week period until the day before we arrived. 2. Only 1/4 of a toilet roll provided. 3. We had to make up the bed. 4.
