" The kind, polite and efficient Ms. Ashley Shek gave me an early check-in. I was exhausted and needed to sleep. The Premium room is much better than the regular room. You don't need a degree in engineering to figure out how to work the the room safe. The hotel is very clean and an eight minute walk from the closest terminal, Terminal 2. Directions to the shuttle bus at Terminal 1 were different than those in the terminal. I went to three different places to get the shuttle bus. It was a mess. There were two places identified as zone 8, the pickup spot. The hotel should be very specific about where to go for the shuttle bus and tell customers to ignore the directions in the terminal."
